The social problems we are facing today (crime, discrimination, disease, poverty) could all be dramatically improved if we focus on eliminating inequality in Australia, and the world. The Greens believe it is the priority of all governments to alleviate poverty and to extend opportunities to all members of the society
Peace and non-violence
Australia's foreign policy should not be based on aggression. If we try preventing counter violence with violence itself, it will not work.
The Greens believe in peaceful and non-violent solutions locally, nationally, and internationally.
